Dwelling in beauty is what my heart desires, hence, my likings rotate around splendid pieces, ones that bring joy and serenity to the soul that is aching. Flowers, art and literature, morning sky, tangerine sunsets, and absolutely… the wonder that gets me in awe, love. Those are the main holders of my interests.

The Gap Filler

  • I believe arts are to be interpreted freely. Thus, discourses about the meaning of one masterpiece are always welcome in this room.

  • Sunlight on the Coast by Winslow Homer is my current favorite painting.

  • Upon the Tainted Sorrow by Chūya Nakahara has always claimed a space within me.

  • Books I read are mostly romance and poems, although the possibility is also open for other genres. Authors whose writings I adore are Osamu Dazai, Yosano Akiko, Kahlil Gibran, Sapardi Djoko Damono, Chairil Anwar, Ahmad Tohari, and Leila S. Chudori. I am recently trying to read Vladimir Nabokov's works.

  • My genre in movies and series varies. Some titles from my list are: The Princess Diaries, The Devil Wears Prada, Ocean Waves, When Marnie Was There, and Jujutsu Kaisen 0 for movies. The Queen's Gambit, Gilmore Girls, Alice in Borderland, Sex Education, Bungou Stray Dogs, My Dress-up Darling, SPYxFAMILY, Blue Lock, and Kōri Zokusei Danshi to Kūru na Dōryō Joshi for series.

  • I also roam around the universe of music. The ones dominating my playlist are Bee Gees, Ella Fitzgerald, Boyz II Men, Hollow Coves, Novo Amor, Ludovico Einaudi, Fujii Kaze, BLACKPINK, and THE BOYZ.

The Trivia

  • My spectrum of interest is quite vast, but I often find difficulties in learning them. I am now into astrology and the language of flowers.

  • The flower I think resembles me recently is daffodil.

  • I can spend an hour looking at the sky.

  • I prefer rainy weather to a sizzling hot moment.

  • Although I am not much of a poet, I write for my cherished one.

  • I am confident to write angst, slight gore that only involves blood, and fluff.

  • My preferred dynamic in romantic relationships is one with love that streams serenely. A little bit of bickerings will do. I am not comfortable with too many fights.

  • I am neither bold nor cute. I don't act like furry animals, yet I am not too independent. I am average at best.

  • There is no thrill I get while addressing my significant other with Papi, Mami, and such. (Unless you make me feel the fun?) Daddy and Mommy are still perching on top the list. Other than that is beyond fine.

  • The sweetest cure for damned days, for me, is hugs and kisses. So... let's share them together?
